This news applies to DocuWare Cloud only: Previously, if you or your customer requested a change to the organization URL, DocuWare Support automatically replaced the existing links in workflows with the new URL. Due to the ever-growing number of customers, this service will be discontinued as of July 31, 2023. After that date, existing links will need to be adjusted on the customer side when the system URL is changed.
Note: You can avoid manual adjustment of links by using the Organization Domain workflow system variable for links to documents and forms instead of hard-coded URLs. This variable dynamically returns the current organization URL.
