We are adding two new modules to our portfolio, which you’ll find in the price list beginning January 2024: DocuWare storageRobot and DocuWare docXporter. Thanks to their special range of functions, even the most of unusual customer applications for importing and exporting data and documents are no problem.
The Modules
- DocuWare storageRobot …
… enables the advanced automatic import of files into DocuWare trays and file cabinets for complex requirements such as (S)FTP sources, UnZIP, database queries, XML, Clipping.
- DocuWare docXporter …
… takes care of the automatic export of documents and index data from DocuWare file cabinets into the file system. Documents are exported in their original format, as ZIP or PDF with/without annotations, index data based on definable templates.
Licensing
Both modules can be used in combination with DocuWare Cloud and DocuWare as an on-premises system; they require special licenses in both cases. The connectors must always be installed locally at a customer's site, including in conjunction with DocuWare Cloud, and each requires a separate client license.
