DocuWare currently has three certifications pending: SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001. At present, we are focused on our SOC 2 Type 2 certification. We are currently looking for a new auditor for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. This recertification will take place as soon as possible and we will keep you informed.
To avoid uncertainty in the year-end business period in case we will not have the ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications during the transition period, we have begun removing references to both certifications from our sales and marketing materials, White Papers, Knowledge Center and websites. We would therefore request that you also remove all references to DocuWare ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications from your customer presentations, websites and other communications as soon as possible, but at the latest by the end of the year.
