For DocuWare Partners
As a DocuWare Partner, you can receive a package with 3,000 signatures to use for your own DocuWare production system free of charge. You can use these for remote signatures within one year. To order "Validated ID Signature Package Free 3000" simply send an email to dworders@docuware.com (Americas) or orders@docuware.com (EMEA). The offer is valid until the end of this year.
For New Customers
Every new DocuWare Cloud customer with a contract signed between October 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, will receive a free package that includes 500 signatures. These can also be used for remote signing within one year. You do not have to order this separately; we will deliver the access data for this automatically with every order during this period. If a new customer does not want to receive this offer, please add a note specifying this in the order.
To help us easily implement the "Validated ID Signature Package Free 500" offer as a standard for new customers during this offer period, please add the following paragraph to your offer template: "As a fixed part of your DocuWare Cloud contract, we are providing you with 500 digital signatures from our subcontractor Validated ID as part of the DocuWare Signature Service. These are valid for one year. You do not need another contract for the Signature Service. It is covered by our contracts with you and Validated ID.“
Simple Implementation
Thanks to our preconfigured electronic signature solution, DocuWare for Electronic Signature, you can easily add the signature process to any DocuWare system: new and existing, preconfigured and individually configured systems. To do this, simply import the DWBUC file of the signature solution into the desired DocuWare system. The adjustments that need to be made afterwards are described in the configuration guide.
