The Nucleus Research Technology Value Matrices are published annually. The DMS solutions evaluated for these reports are judged on both usability and functionality. The providers are placed in four categories: Leaders | Experts | Facilitators | Core Providers.
In the 2022 report (and for the 3rd year in a row) DocuWare has been placed in the Expert quadrant. Providers in this quadrant have deep functional capabilities (like Intelligent Indexing in DocuWare’s case) and strong industry-specific capabilities whereby they provide best-of-breed functionality in specific application areas. Providers in this category also have proven robust and complex functionalities.
