DocuWare for Vaccination & Testing Management

We are all living the reality of workplace safety concerns. Keeping up with compliance is demanding and HR teams are challenged with monitoring vaccinations, testing and exemptions.

Our new solution starts with a digital, easy-to-follow Vaccination Questionnaire form for employees to complete. This form walks them through each step on how to enter their data and attach an image of their vaccination record or exemption information. Once submitted, communications are automatically sent to the employee based on their answers. For example, they may receive a vaccine confirmation email or one that states they need further testing at a specific date to meet requirements.

5 Key benefits:

  1. Easy-to-follow digital form makes submissions easy for employees
  2. Once the form is submitted, HR will have all the information on file, it’s really that easy
  3. Employee information is safe and secure
  4. Authorized staff can instantly verify vaccination status, manage exemptions, and oversee testing compliance
  5. Needed reporting can be quickly looked up in a list or exported to a CSV file

Customers can be up and running in just one day.

Good to know:

  • As with our other preconfigured solutions, there is no charge; professional services fees you wish to charge your customers are at your discretion.
  • Value adds opportunity: this solution can be a standalone or be expanded to a full employee management system that digitizes and organizes HR documents for the complete employee lifecycle from applicant tracking, hiring, and onboarding to employee separation.
  • If your customer already has DocuWare for Employee Management, this new solution can be added. Please keep in mind they must be on version 7.5.
  • Although designed for organizations in the US, all other English-speaking countries can also use this solution.

*Add-on modules are required for an on-premises solution.
