Today is National Get to Know Your Customers Day! In honor of this day, we put together a recap of the third annual DocuWare-sponsored Customer Appreciation Week that took place June 1-5, 2020. We believe this special week is a meaningful way to recognize the commitment and success of the DocuWare user community.
We celebrated five customers from across the US on the DocuWare website, blog, and social media. Due to the pandemic, we could not hold office celebrations as usual - instead, customers are receiving DocuWare swag to enjoy. Below, experience how each customer is excelling with DocuWare and how they were able to keep work moving forward during their new remote working environment. Check back here on our blog for future information on how to be chosen for Customer Appreciation Week 2021.

With sales offices in six states, they distribute lumber, plywood and other building materials to clients across the US. They streamlined and digitized their processing of 2,400 invoices per month. Stress-free access to documents and automated workflows allowed the team to seamlessly transition to working remotely, supporting their biggest sales month ever in April 2020.
Daviess County Public Schools (DCPS) in Owensboro, Kentucky serves approximately 11,700 students in grades pre-K through 12 in 18 schools. They streamlined parent and student communication with electronic forms, automated the enforcement of state-mandated retention schedules and digitized transcripts along with other documentation. When teachers had to shift to online learning, they were able to sign out equipment easily and safely on a digital form - minimizing interaction with other staff.
Federation of Organizations is a multi-service, community-based social wellness agency and a major provider of health and wellness, senior and children’s, housing and support services in New York City and Long Island. They migrated from DocuWare on-premises to DocuWare Cloud with ease and no loss in productivity, even as staff moved to working remotely. For the primary users in the Accounting, HR, and IT departments workflows run as efficiently at home as they did when they were all in the office.
