Quite some time ago, the DocuWare Mobile App replaced the previous version, the DocuWare Mobile Classic App. The Mobile Classic app has not been further developed for two years, and since it does not support the oAuth2 authentication required from DocuWare version 7.11, the app will be removed from the respective stores at the end of October 2024.
Customers who have the Mobile Classic app installed on their mobile device can continue to use it. The app remains on the devices and retains its current state; however, new versions of the operating system can cause the app to stop working at some point. It is also not possible to use the app in conjunction with a DocuWare system version 7.11 or higher.
We recommend that all users switch to the current DocuWare app now. The significantly more modern user interface and improved security technologies make the immediate switch worthwhile. The current DocuWare Mobile App can be connected to DocuWare systems version 7.0 or higher.
