DocuWare’s unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service has once again achieved global recognition. For the second consecutive year, our support teams in the Americas and Asia Pacific (APAC) have earned prestigious Stevie® Awards.

Honors for business excellence

The Stevie® Awards rank among the world’s most respected business accolades, drawing over 12,000 nominations each year. This year, DocuWare achieved outstanding recognition in three categories:

  • Americas: Our team earned both “Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software” and “Support Team of the Year” at the American Business Awards®, selected from more than 3,600 nominees.
  • APAC: We were honored with Bronze for “Most Innovative Customer Service Department/Team of the Year”—our first win in this region—chosen from over 1,000 entries.

Building on this momentum, we are excited to announce that our EMEA team is now competing in the German Stevie® Awards as we strive for even greater milestones in service excellence.

By combining expertise from America, EMEA, and APAC, we’re able to resolve issues efficiently and deliver progress, no matter where our customers are located.

 

Customer satisfaction at our core

Customer satisfaction remains our highest priority. Our CSAT scores consistently surpass 90%, well above the industry average, and our latest internal Gallup survey rated us 4.91 out of 5. 
In particular, Stevie® judges praised our rapid issue resolution, multilingual support, and unwavering commitment to quality service.
