The Stevie Awards are among the most prestigious business awards in the world and recognize outstanding achievements in the business sector. Each year, the nine Stevie Awards programs receive over 12,000 nominations in various categories. A jury of more than 1,000 international executives and experts determines the award winners.
DocuWare: Exemplary customer service world-wide
Our EMEA support team, based in Germering near Munich, Germany, has been awarded a Silver Stevie Award for outstanding customer service at the German Stevie® Awards. Equally impressive: The Americas team, based in Beacon, USA, received the bronze International Stevie® Business Award. Crucial to this success was our exceptional customer satisfaction rate of 94 percent. A jury of more than 35 experts for the German Stevie® Awards and one made up of over 300 international experts for the International Stevie® Business Awards bestowed this honor on DocuWare.
