Wildcard search: Flexible even with incomplete information
If you’re unsure of how a term is spelled or purposely want to run a broader search, wildcards are your best friends:
- Asterisk (*) represents any number of characters
Example:
Digital* will return results like digitalization, digital project, digital strategy, digital transformation and more. - Question mark (?) represents a single character
Example:
Sm?th finds Smith, Smyth – but not Smooth.
You can use the asterisk and question mark anywhere within a search term and even combine them.
