With its expanded portfolio of SAP interfaces, DocuWare now offers a certified connection between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud systems and DocuWare Cloud. As a customer with an SAP Public Cloud ERP system, you can use DocuWare Cloud as a standardized, audit-compliant archive solution for your SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The new connection option complements DocuWare’s portfolio of SAP connectors. For years, these connectors have provided numerous SAP ERP customers (SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP S/4HANA On-Premise) with significant added value, for example in the form of comprehensive invoice processing solutions between DocuWare and SAP.
Audit-compliant invoices archived in DocuWare are linked to SAP business objects and available for daily operations in SAP at any time. For example, you can instantly display an invoice associated with an SAP posting at the touch of a button.
The new connector for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
The new connector for DocuWare Cloud means you can now also connect to SAP S/4HANA in the Public Cloud. This certified solution provides access to all functions defined by SAP AG in the S/4-BTP-CMIS 1.0 certification standard for audit-compliant archiving of documents in DocuWare.
The ‘DocuWare Cloud Connect to CMIS’ interface is installed in the customer’s instance of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Availability and licensing
The ‘DocuWare Cloud Connect to CMIS’ interface is now available as a paid add-on module for all DocuWare Cloud packages (except DocuWare Cloud 4 and DocuWare Cloud Base).
