We know how important smooth processes are, and we strive to ensure everything runs seamlessly. If an issue ever arises, we believe that keeping everyone informed is essential. That's why we've revamped our Cloud Status Page. It offers clear, reliable, and detailed updates to keep you in the loop at all times.

What’s new?
The new Cloud Status Page offers improved information quality and greater stability. It is now decoupled from the DocuWare Cloud system, which means it generally remains accessible even during major outages – for example, if Microsoft Azure experiences disruptions. You’ll see interim updates during incidents and detailed root cause analyses once they are resolved, ensuring maximum transparency. Additionally, when you open a support ticket, the support portal will automatically indicate if a related incident is already known - saving time and simplifying communication.
Key benefits at a glance
- Interim updates & final reports: Even after an incident is resolved, updates such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) can now be posted.
- No more email overload: Based on extensive feedback, we will no longer send email notifications about service disruptions. This change makes communication more streamlined and efficient.
- Integrated in the support portal: When you create a support ticket, the portal automatically checks for a corresponding entry and directs you to it.
- Technical decoupling: The new Status Page is independent from the live Cloud system – ensuring stability even during major Azure outages.
How to access the new status page
The new DocuWare Cloud Status Page went live on December 2, 2025 and can be accessed as usual via the bell icon in your DocuWare Web Client. At the same time, email notifications have been discontinued.
