Today is National Get to Know Your Customers Day! In honor of this day, we put together a recap of the first DocuWare-sponsored Customer Appreciation Week that took place June 4-8, 2018. With 18,000 customers worldwide, we believe that dedicating one special week to our diverse customer base is a meaningful and fun way to recognize this community.
During the week, we featured five chosen customers from North and South Americas across the website, blog, and social media. Representatives from both DocuWare and Authorized DocuWare Partners traveled to each customer’s office to deliver a special DocuWare gift and certificate. Didlake, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit organization that creates opportunities to enrich the lives of people with disabilities. Their diverse workforce provides business services for over 35 federal, state, and local contracts in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Didlake is implementing DocuWare into its business processes and has demonstrated DocuWare Cloud to their business customers. With DocuWare in place, Didlake will further its mission of enriching the lives of people with disabilities, provide top-notch document scanning services, and position customers for digital office success. DocuWare Regional Sales Director Andrew Port stopped by their office in Manassas, Virginia to deliver a special Panera-catered lunch.
Jamestown Container Companies is a leading packaging solutions supplier with five facilities located throughout New York and Ohio. The full digitization of their delivery process with DocuWare has streamlined the process within billing departments in multiple facilities and has saved time for these users while having a high confidence level of document retrieval. This also led to improved customer service to due faster follow up times. Additionally, more than half of the physical file cabinets were removed and the freed up space has been remodeled into new office space. DocuWare Regional Sales Director John Keenan and Authorized DocuWare Partner Toshiba Business Solutions presented the Jamestown team with a tasty BBQ lunch at their office in Rochester, NY.
3. Marketing Personal S.A. Proves that Improving Efficiency Never Goes Out of Style with DocuWare – Colombia, South America
Marketing Personal S.A. is a Latin American company with a presence in Colombia, offering direct sales by catalog for clothing, footwear, cosmetics, and homewares. They offer a new catalog every 21 days (with more than a thousand products) to more than 100,000 Image Advisors who run their own businesses by selling Marketing Personal’s products. DocuWare provides control over the entire logistics operation within a single data center, improving the quality of service for the sales team and customer response time. It also provides timely information about delivered orders and monitoring new ones, generates accurate measurements of delivery times by each carrier/region of the country, allows the workflow of each different shipping carrier to be planned, and eliminates the risk of transport document loss or damage through secure storage. BioKyowa Inc. is a large biochemical manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in the United States with 30 years of experience and counting. With DocuWare in place, their HPLC machine report printing is configured to a document tray in DocuWare which kicks off a digital workflow. All test results can now be trended, reviewed, and tracked to uncover new valuable data; the HPLC machine print settings and DocuWare are synchronized to ensure high quality reporting. Employees enjoy the speed and simplicity of DocuWare; document storage and retrieval is easier now that all documents are digitally managed. They also use DocuWare to store their hundreds of SOPs for digital version control, especially in routing signatures. Young Automotive Group is a large automotive business comprised of 15 automotive dealerships located throughout northern Utah and southern Idaho. DocuWare has increased the productivity of the HR and payroll departments by allowing them to control the flow of documents and information from one centralized digital location. With DocuWare Forms and Workflow set up, they now have a full process to capture all of an employee’s information during onboarding, create the desired documents for processing, and deliver to all of the remote employees the key tasks required to make this an efficient and predictable process.
