With web forms, your customers can quickly and comfortably input data, booking records or registrations and submit them to your organization. Company logos, pictures and colors can be incorporated in the design, so that a web form retains your corporate design.
As you may know, a web form can be automatically linked to a merge form template when it‘s stored in DocuWare.
When designing a web form, the main emphasis is on clear organization:
Of course this makes sense considering the job it plays, but there are easy ways to spruce them up. Go into DocuWare Configuration and then “DocuWare Forms > Designer“ to add images or colors to your forms.
Images can be max. 5 MB. Use an image format that is a browser standard, like PNG or JPG.
Determine the image size by using the slider tool on the right. Choose whether the image should be centered or flush righ/left.
You can also pick a background color for the form under “Form Properties.“
