DocuWorld Americas 2019, held this past May in Las Vegas, was an opportunity for the DocuWare team to collaborate with its Partner community yet again. Attendees at this action-packed event enjoyed three exciting days of networking, educational sessions for both Sales and Technical audiences, and keynote presentations on product strategy from DocuWare executives and product managers. The underlying purpose of every session is to enable DocuWare Partners to boost their knowledge of DocuWare so they can deliver a top-notch customer experience.

For long-time Partners, DocuWorld has the atmosphere of a family reunion as they reconnect each year with colleagues who have become good friends. First time attendees find a welcoming environment that makes it easy to get into the spirit of the event. Attendees exchanged ideas and strategies during breaks between sessions, at lunchtime round tables, with sponsors who explain new solutions to enhance sales, as well as at the opening night reception and laid-back poolside luau.
“My favorite part was talking with other Partners about which sales techniques are working for them. Although we focus on different markets depending on our location, we learn from each other. That benefits all of us,” noted Joni Goodman, VP of Software Solutions at KeeFORCE. “I also brought my whole technical team this year. They found educational sessions on implementing DocuWare Workflow and DocuWare Forms and learning about advanced workflow tools were the most pertinent to them.”
