So that you can always stay on top of things and make the most of your software in this context, DocuWare provides a wide variety of information.  Short videos demonstrate different application options and their use case scenarios. Detailed product and release documentation is available in our Knowledge Center. In addition, our FAQ System offers helpful support know-how that’s available around the clock. For individual questions, users can turn to the Support Forum for a quick answer  from the greater DocuWare Community. And our UserInfo Newsletter provides a monthly stream of product news and tips for everyday use.

Customers can receive custom support at all times. A good place to start: the overview page on our Website leads you to the various options available. You can also access this page from the start menu in your Web Client using “Help”.
