Check out the brand new DocuWare Knowledge Center! It’s your central point of contact for tons of helpful tips and tricks for using DocuWare. The updated platform offers several new features to help you find information even more quickly and efficiently.

  • Quick search: Find relevant results instantly since search terms are now highlighted for a quick overview.

More intuitive search saves time

  • Advanced search: Filter results by category or tag and get more targeted answers. Avoid time-consuming sifting through irrelevant information.

 

Smarter design

  • Categories: Browse through the help chapters to search specifically for topics and enter them without re-entering search terms.
  • Table of Contents: Quickly jump to different sections of an article to find specific information in longer documents.

The Knowledge Center continues to include extensive resources for DocuWare as well as the pre-configured solutions, Product News and White Paper.

The new version of the Knowledge Center is available starting with DocuWare 7.10.

Please note that the previous Knowledge Center will no  longer be updated. However, it will remain online for versions up to 7.9 until official support from DocuWare is discontinued.
