DocuWare has tested and certified the Canon imageFORMULA DR-C240 with the latest version of its software, DocuWare 6.7. The imageFORMULA DR-C240 scanner quickly and easily integrates into a DocuWare installation, allowing users to effortlessly turn paper documents into digital files. Documents can be scanned in color, B&W, or grayscale and simultaneously shared via email, stored on a network, saved on USB drives, sent to networked MFPs.
Or documents can be sent to a network folder which DocuWare monitors to automatically deliver the scanned images to a virtual ‘in basket’ for further processing.
The Canon imageFORMULA DR-C240 scanner provides color scanning up to 45 pages per minute (ppm) with capabilities of handling documents of various shapes and sizes. Examples based on typical settings, rated in pages/images per minute with letter-sized documents at 200 dpi portrait feeding directions. Actual processing speeds may vary based on PC performance and application. Digital images from this scanner can also provide a fully searchable PDF for filing in DocuWare.
