DocuWare meets the requirements for tamper-proof, long-term archiving according to the GoBD. This was recently demonstrated via certification of DocuWare Cloud and On-Premises.
DocuWare complies with the GoDB, guidelines set by Germany’s tax authorities for properly maintaining, keeping and storing books/documents/records in electronic form along with data access. Thus, the company’s software fulfills all requirements critical for storing tax-relevant documents electronically and making them available for tax auditing purposes.
DocuWare was analyzed by PSP Peters Schönberger GmbH in accordance with IDW standard PS 880. The certification applies without restriction to DocuWare Cloud and the On-Premises solution. Details can be found in the official certificates for DocuWare Version 6 and Version 7 (in German).
