HR Tech 2019 Brings High Praise for DocuWare for Employee Management

At the HR Technology Conference & Expo 2019, which was held from October 1-4 in Las Vegas, attendees saw solution demos and compared the offerings of 450+ vendors. Human Resources (HR) professionals, industry analysts, journalists and bloggers attend the Expo to explore the technologies driving HR and the way work gets done today. 

Barbara Corcoran star of ABC’s Shark Tank presented the opening keynote speech, How to Lead your Team to Greatness. The conference offered educational sessions on artificial intelligence, HR transformation, talent acquisition, technical success and other topics. 

A well-received solution for human resources and cloud-based document management

This ready-to-use package can be implemented in a matter of days. It’s a pre-built solution with a design based on DocuWare’s experience implementing thousands of successful digitization projects.  Attendees who visited the DocuWare booth were impressed by the combination document management and DocuWare for Employee Management. Many of them commented that they were interested in implementing DocuWare in addition to other software solutions they are using in Payroll and HR. These companies are using multiple software solutions to fit their needs and would rather consolidate them.

In addition, the solution will simplify internal and governmental HR audits.

Current customers use DocuWare for Employee Management for applicant tracking, onboarding, provisioning, and separation. The solution provides a unique combination of specialization that appeals to HR professionals with document management and workflow automation capabilities that are useful to every department in an organization.

Kreidel attended informative sessions on the new world of HR, the streamlining of the hiring and onboarding process with automation and AI, listened to a panel discussion on HR technology. “What I learned in the sessions confirmed that DocuWare is needed greatly in HR departments of all sizes,” she said.
