At DocuWare we’re dedicated to providing document management and workflow automation solutions that are affordable, flexible, easy to use and quick to implement – and so a cloud-first approach is the strategy we are focusing on.
DocuWare recently announced its fiscal 2017 financial results which show this move has accelerated our business growth while enabling us to continue to deliver innovative technology to all of our customers wherever they are and whenever they need it.
DocuWare’s concentration on a cloud-based content services platform is aligned with customer demands for increased daily productivity and overall operational agility. By the end of 2017, we had 1,800 new customers, and 45% of these chose DocuWare Cloud. That’s 18% in total growth and 139% growth just in the cloud!
Customer input and product evaluation are a valuable resource when defining user-friendly, future-proof strategies. DocuWare’s customer focus has been an important contributor to our success during this breakthrough year. Thanks to our thriving customer relationships, DocuWare is well-positioned to create technology solutions that meet real workplace needs. We’re actively listening to customer feedback and working on product enhancements and services that can be adapted to fit a wider variety of use cases across an organization.
These days, it’s natural to turn Yelp to help you find a good restaurant or to Amazon to decide which book to read next. Over the past couple of years, online review platforms are becoming a more common go-to strategy when companies choose software. You can find DocuWare reviews at Capterra, G2 Crowd and Peer Insights.
Cloud office automation unlocks access to advanced capabilities that were once only available to the largest corporations. DocuWare’s technology know-how combines an understanding of how to provide the tools our customers need with an element of affordability so that small and midsize business can also improve productivity through technology.
