At the beginning of every year, DocuWare announces its top-selling Partners of the previous year, the members of the exclusive Diamond Club. In 2021, we expanded this to include a Customer Service Champion Award. This award is also valid for one calendar year.
This award honors the DocuWare Partners who provided the best customer service to their customers. This is measured, among other things, via metrics like contract renewal rates. All Partners worldwide have the same chance to be included. This past year, 80 companies from our global sales network of around 800 Partners received this award. They are listed alphabetically in the table below.
Stand-outs in the UK for exceptional customer service include Restore Scan Ltd and Toshiba TEC UK Imaging Systems. Other Partners from EMEA and the Asia-Pacific region include Docuworx Australia Pty Ltd, Kyocera Document Solutions Netherlands B.V, Ricoh Luxembourg PSF Sàrl, Slovenia's Vibor d.o.o. and Visual Office from New Caledonia. There are also numerous Partners in the USA who provided the best customer service, such as Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office, Flex Technology Group and Les Olson Company.
The 2022 Customer Service Champions will be honored for the first time this year during the DocuWorld Partner Conference. We are quite hopeful that this annual event will be meeting in person again. This flagship event for our channel Partners from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific will be held at the Hotel InterContinental in Berlin from April 27-29, 2022 and for all of our Partners from the Americas from May 3-5, 2022 in Orlando / FL.
