During the week of June 7-11, 2021, DocuWare held its fourth annual Customer Appreciation Week for the Americas. Companies from the United States and Canada were spotlighted on the DocuWare website and in social media. Each company also received an award plaque and swag gift packages to enjoy.
The featured users represent the business and nonprofit sectors, including higher education, product packaging, HVAC, social service agencies and retirement communities. 1. Clackamas Community College - Oregon City, OR
CCC offers programs and services in career technical, college transfer, literacy/basic skills, community education and business training to 26,000+ students at three campuses. DocuWare has helped the college seamlessly move from 100% in person to 95% online teaching and work. Their processes flow smoothly as multiple people securely access and work with documents remotely.
2. Packaging Specialties, Inc. - Fayetteville, AR
Packaging Specialties, Inc. provides sustainable, environmentally responsible and affordable film packaging solutions to 27 different industries, including fresh produce, frozen food, drinks, snacks and more. “Since implementing DocuWare, our company has saved almost $10,000 in overnight shipping costs between our two locations. 4. Interfaith of the Woodlands - The Woodlands, TX
Interfaith of the Woodlands is a nonprofit social service agency that provides numerous programs and services to nearby communities. This includes financial assistance for rent, mortgage, utilities, gasoline, emergency shelter, food, clothing, and senior programs along with counseling, job training, and childcare. Using DocuWare, they were able to consolidate three different document systems into one and transformed their paper processes into efficient digital workflows. 5. Berwick Retirement Communities – Victoria, BC, Canada
Family owned since 1989, Berwick Retirement Communities builds and manages retirement homes in British Columbia, Canada.
