With DocuWare Version 7.2, you’ll always be on the safe side when it comes to tamper-free, audit-proof, long-term archiving according to the GoBD. This was again proven by the recent certification of DocuWare Cloud and On-Premises.
DocuWare complies with the GoDB, which is defined as the "Principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access." This means that the software fulfills all requirements for storing tax-relevant documents in a purely electronic form and making them available for the purpose of tax audits.
DocuWare was audited by PSP Peters Schönberger GmbH according to IDW standard PS 880. The certification applies without restriction to DocuWare Cloud and the On-Premises solution. Details can be found in the official certification for DocuWare Version 7.2.
