No, as a referral partner, you do not need in-depth knowledge of document management and workflow automation. Your main focus is on identifying potential customers and putting them in touch with us. Our experienced team takes care of the sales and technical aspects and responds to the specific needs of each customer. This allows you to concentrate on your strengths and networks without having to delve deeply into the technical details.  

How can I ensure that I recommend the right leads?

Use the marketing materials and training provided to better understand the needs of your potential customers and make targeted recommendations. If you have any questions, a sales representative will be happy to assist you.

How is the commission calculated?

The commission is calculated based on the successful conclusion of a contract with a client you referred. 

Is there a minimum number of referrals I need to submit?

 No, there is no minimum number of referrals you need to provide. 

Which marketing materials and training are available to me?

You will have access to specific marketing materials (product sheets, brochures, videos) and targeted elearnings to help you make successful recommendations.

What happens if a client cancels?

The commission remains yours. Cancellations do not affect already paid commissions.
