What needs to be considered in case of a cancellation?

If we receive a cancellation for a confirmed attendee of a Partner training in less than ten days prior to a course start date, a late cancellation fee will be charged if no replacement attendee from a Partner company is registered.

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, we charge a no-show fee.
