Technical and Organizational Measures within the DocuWare Group
Within his area of responsibility, the Contractor DocuWare shall organise his internal organisation in such a manner that it meets the special requirements of data protection. The Contractor will implement technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection of the Contractor’s Data, which meet the requirements of the GDPR (Art. 32 DS-GVO). The contractor shall take technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems and services used for the processing of Data, on a long-term basis. The Principal is aware of these technical and organisational measures and is responsible for ensuring that they provide an appropriate level of protection with regard to the risks concerning the Data to be processed.
