Dear DocuWare customer,

We know you and many of our customers rely on DocuWare to handle information in the most vital areas of the business. These critical processes must be protected to sustain daily operations and ensure long-term stability of your organization. DocuWare the product is built to endure the toughest organizational demands and DocuWare the company is doing everything possible to maintaining continuous business service through the course of the COVID-19 (corona virus) pandemic.

DocuWare leadership is meeting continuously to review the COVID-19 situation and take necessary actions. We have proactively cancelled our user conferences and limited all business travel to only critical engagements. Early on, we updated our policies and infrastructure to enable every employee to work from home, and defined multiple layers of responsibility redundancy to ensure no part of the business is weakened. We remain confident that the quality of service you have come to expect from us will continue. We recognize that the world is fighting a threat that pays no heed to language, border or economic status, and we are committed to the security of the global community.
