DocuWorld, our annual Partner conference for the US, Canada, Central and South America, will be held virtually on June 10 and 11. It’s a chance for us to update our Partners on new DocuWare features and offer them insight into current technology and business trends. This year we faced that challenge of putting our content online while making the conference fun, exciting and informative. We think we’ve hit the mark!
Our goal is to provide a concise and engaging overview of the advancements that have taken place over the past year. Partners who attend are recertified as sales and technical experts, so they can continue to offer top-notch customer support. Each morning starts with keynote speakers. Then it’s time for sales and technical training in English or Spanish. There will be plenty of time for Q & A in every training session.
A glimpse of the DocuWorld experience
In the opening keynote session on June 10, DocuWare Group Presidents Dr. Michael Berger and Max Ertl will give their perspective on the “new normal” that will result in response to the coronavirus crisis. They will focus on business continuity and how to meet the emerging needs of a remote workforce. They then connect the dots exploring how DocuWare’s technology gives customers an edge in this unpredictable business environment. In addition, Vice President, Product Stefan Schmidt will present information about DocuWare’s product roadmap and enhancements available in DocuWare Version 7.3.
On June 11, DocuWare Corporation President Jim Roberts and Vice President, Marketing, Kevin Potts will update Partners on sales and marketing. They will highlight how DocuWare brings customers high-value technology in these challenging times.
During each afternoon, educational sessions offer a master’s level curriculum that includes courses on enhancements to DocuWare Cloud, advanced workflow design and the role of digital signatures.
