Members of the DocuWare team attended the APP2P Conference and Expo in Scottsdale, Arizona last week. The conference, which is sponsored by the Institute of Finance & Management, is for financial operations professionals who sharpen their skills at educational sessions that featured subject matter experts from T-Mobile, Ace Hardware and Aflac. They also were updated on topics such as accounts payable and purchase- to pay automation, regulatory compliance and process improvement.
DocuWare Regional Sales Director Tim Stevens and Solution Architect Bob Mutarelli presented live demos of DocuWare for Invoice Processing, a cloud-based, preconfigured solution. Solution Manager Jo Ann Kreidel was on hand to answer questions.
The DocuWare for Invoice Processing features that resonated most strongly with attendees include intelligent data capture, auto exception handling, notification alerts and the QuickMatch approval process.
An exchange of ideas benefits our customers
“It’s great to get out and talk directly with attendees and with current DocuWare users. We learn from each other,” Kreidel said. “It’s clear that our product solves day-to-day pain points in accounts payable. When current customers stop by to touch base, I find out more about how they use the solution. This real-world input increases my ability to enhance the value of DocuWare in their organizations.”
Kreidel also expanded her knowledge of the evolving business environment. She attended educational sessions on artificial intelligence, organizational change management, and examining the truth and myths about modern automation tools.
It was an exciting and productive conference. The DocuWare team is looking forward to participating again next year. If you attended APP2P, let us know what you thought of the conference.
