Diamond Club 2021 – Introducing the Top 10

At the beginning of every year, DocuWare announces the members of its Diamond Club: the Top Ten sales partners in the EMEA region based on sales from the previous year. They are usually honored with a special ceremony during the annual DocuWorld Partner Conference. But due to the current situation, this year‘s flagship event for channel partners from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific will take place virtually from April 21-22, 2021.

Some highlights from this year’s list

This is the eighth time ELITE Document Solutions Ltd has been named to the Diamond Club. As the second Partner in the list from the United Kingdom, RICOH UK made it into the Top 10 for the first time this year. The battle for first place was won this year (as it was two years ago) by RICOH España. As a frontrunner particularly in sales of DocuWare Cloud, they managed to edge past French company Xelians, a continuous member of this elite club since 2010, which took second place this year. RICOH France is also on the podium. Joining the Diamond Club for the second time (this year in fourth place) is Konica Minolta Business Solutions France. And Jordanian partner ITEC Image Technology made it into the top 10 EMEA Partners for the 14th time.
