We never miss an opportunity to celebrate and spend time together, so our international group gathered at Upside East, one of Munich’s most beautiful locations with a stunning view of the city. After a warm welcome and our quarterly business update from DocuWare Group Presidents Max Ertel and Dr. Michael Berger, employees enjoyed delicious food, cold drinks and good music until late in the evening.
When 400 DocuWarians meet in one place, what do you get? 400 unique individuals with diverse personalities, skills and cultures! As part of the team-building activities on July 18, the staff was divided into 39 groups to build the biggest chain reaction that DocuWare and the Munich Beach Resort had ever seen.
The aim was to form at least three reactions on each team table and connect the tables to create one big reaction from the start at table 1 to the end at table 39. To do so, the teams could choose from a wide range of materials, which could be paid for by poker chips or with a little song, dance or hug. No surprise: the chain reaction was a huge success! After this team-building activity, all DocuWarians enjoyed a BBQ, followed by volleyball matches, a dip in the lake or just catching up with their colleagues.
