Si nous recevons une annulation à une formation partenaire moins de dix jours avant le début du cours, nous facturons des frais d’annulation tardive si l’entreprise concernée n’inscrit aucun remplaçant.

En cas de non-présentation sans annulation préalable, nous facturons des frais de no-show.
