Travel Information to DocuWare Corporation (Headquarters)

You can fly into any one of the three New York/New Jersey metropolitan international airports – John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or Newark Liberty International (EWR). Or our local airports, Stewart International Airport, in New Windsor, NY (SWF) or Albany Airport in Albany, NY (ALB). Albany Airport is the same driving distance as the metropolitan airports, without city congestion. Beacon is located approximately 1½ hours north of New York City.

Transportation

Below you will find driving directions from the airports to the Beacon office.

Optionally, if you will be arriving at one of the New York City airports, you may take a ride-share service or taxi to Grand Central Terminal train station. From there, take the Metro North Hudson Line train to Beacon. The train ride is approximately 1.5 hours. Our office is about a 5-minute ride-share from the Beacon train station.

Directions from Newark International Airport (New Jersey) (approximately 1½ hours)

1. From Newark Airport take I-78/Garden State Pkwy/I-95 N/Turnpike/New York 
2. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for I-78 E/I-95/Holland Tunnel and merge onto I-78 Express E/Phillipsburg–Newark Expressway (toll)
3. Merge onto I-78 Express E/Phillipsburg–Newark Expressway. I-78 Express E/Phillipsburg–Newark Expressway turns slightly left and becomes I-78 E/Phillipsburg–Newark Expressway (toll)
4. Use the right 2 lanes to take the New Jersey Turnpike exit. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-95 N and merge onto I-95 N (toll)
5. Use the left 2 lanes to take the I-95 N exit; continue onto 1-95 N 
6. Use the 2nd from the left lane to stay on I-95 N and follow signs for the George Washington Bridge
7. Use the left lane to take Exit 72 toward US-9W/Palisades Parkway/Fort Lee
8. Continue onto Palisades Interstate Pkwy N
9. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto US-202 E/US-6 E (toll)
10. Make a slight left onto NY-9D N
11. Turn right onto Spring Valley St, left onto Churchill St and then left onto Creek Drive
    

Directions from La Guardia International Airport (New York) (approximately 1½ to 2 hours)

2. Continue on 1-278 E and take Exit 52 towards Bronx River Parkway
3. Turn right onto Bronx River Parkway ramp towards White Plains
4. Continue on Bronx River Parkway and follow the signs to continue onto Sprain Book Parkway N
5. Continue onto Taconic State Parkway N and then take Exit 5 to merge onto NY-100 N
6. Continue to follow NY-100 N and then onto US-9 N; then use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto US-202 W
7. At Annsville Cir, take the 1st exit onto US-9 N
8. Turn left onto NY-403 N
9. Turn right onto NY-9D N
10. Turn left onto Spring Valley St, left onto Churchill St and then left onto Creek Drive

Directions from JFK International Airport (New York) (approximately 2 hours)

6. At Annsville Cir, take the 1st exit onto US-9 N

Directions from Stewart Airport (New Windsor, New York) (approximately 20-25 minutes)

5. Turn left onto Verplanck Ave, right onto Main St, left onto Churchill St and then right onto Creek Drive

From Albany Airport (Albany, New York) (approximately 1½ hours)

1. From Albany take 9 South to Delmar. At Delmar, take I-87 South (about 90 miles)
2. Follow I-87 S towards New York and then take Exit 17 for 1-84 
3. Keep left to continue toward 1-84 E

5. Continue on 1-84 E (toll) and take Exit 41 for NY-9D toward Beacon/Wappingers Falls
