DocuWare for Invoice Processing

If an index value is blank or incorrectly identified, it can be populated in the following ways:

By typing the entry in the appropriate index field
By placing your cursor in the index field and clicking on the appropriate data on the invoice in the viewing window (“One Click Indexing”)
By using a “drop-down” arrow to choose an entry from a select list

In all cases Intelligent Indexing learns and remembers the index entry.
