How are users "activated" for additional roles?

Users and user roles of the solution are defined in the DocuWare configurations:

• From the main menu (1) open DocuWare configurations (2) in your DocuWare Client and click on “User Management” in the “General” section.

  • Click on the user.
  • Switch from the "General" tab to the "Roles" tab and activate or deactivate the corresponding user roles
