DocuWare Cloud Services
Customers and partners of the DocuWare Group purchase the Cloud Services from one of the DocuWare sales organizations. This organization is specified on the contract that the customer and partner sign up to. DocuWare Cloud Services are provided by DocuWare GmbH. DocuWare GmbH is thus a subcontractor for the relevant sales organization.
DocuWare Cloud Services are based on Microsoft Azure
The subcontractors of Microsoft Azure can be downloaded from Microsoft using the this link. The data of European customers are stored at Microsoft in Europe; the data of customers from America are stored at Microsoft in a data center in the U.S. (see White Paper DocuWare Cloud)
DocuWare Support
Nemetschek OOD (Bulgaria), to which DocuWare GmbH is a shareholder, is involved in the European Level 1 Support.
To provide 24h/5d support, teams at various locations are involved: DocuWare Europe GmbH (Germany), DocuWare Corporation (USA) and Nemetschek OOD (Bulgaria).
