The ECM-Connect add-on allows DocuWare to be seamlessly integrated into SAP Business One.
In addition to the storage of outgoing documents, incoming documents can also be linked and processed and parked or final documents can also be generated from the document data, e.g. incoming invoices or payment notifications.
Nowadays, it is more important than ever to design business processes transparently, efficiently and comprehensibly in order to be able to react quickly to new challenges and always be in control of the situation.
An ERP system like SAP Business One allows the company to design and structure its processes internally, but there is the big challenge of also getting to grips with the information and requirements that come from outside.
This is where an ECM system such as DocuWare, in which all documents can be stored and managed centrally, helps. Completely independent of whether the employee has access to SAP Business One or not.
