Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all Webinar participants, who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of the United States. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate family members, sponsors, Partners or any third party in each case directly associated with administration of the giveaway are excluded from the giveaway.
How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must register for the webinar at the specified start time through the provided link and must remain in the Webinar for its entirety until its conclusion. Only one entry per person is permitted. Participants who fail to adhere to these terms and conditions will be excluded from the giveaway.
The webinar is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to be eligible for the prize.
Criteria for Winning: Out of the Webinar attendees who remained on the Webinar for its entire duration the first one hundred (100) attendees shall be the winners.
Starting time and closing time for registration: The starting time and closing time for the registration will be as specified in relation to the Webinar. Participants who fail to attend during the specified timeframe will be excluded from the giveaway.
Incomplete Entries: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for attendees not successfully staying in the Webinar due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Prize: The prize for this giveaway is a $20 Amazon e-gift card.
The prize for each winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Winner Notification and Award of Prize: Each winner will be notified and receive a code to claim their Amazon e-gift card via email (provided during the registration process) within 30 days following the conclusion of the Webinar.
Prize Substitution: The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
Announcement of Winners: The Promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
Participant Disqualification: Any false or misleading information provided may result in the disqualification of a winner and forfeiture of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate these terms and conditions.
Giveaway suspension, amendment and/or cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway at any time, where it becomes necessary to do so.
Limitation of Promoter’s Liability: Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage associated with the giveaway.
Privacy: Personal data supplied during this giveaway will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's data privacy policy https://start.docuware.com/data-privacy.
Legal: This giveaway shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of New York and any dispute arising from it shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dutchess County, New York.
By participating in this Webinar giveaway, the participant agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions, and all decisions made by the Promoter regarding any aspects of the giveaway shall be final and binding and Promoter is not obligated to provide any further correspondence with respect to this giveaway, except as otherwise set forth herein.
