Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all Webinar attendees, who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of the United Kingdom. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate family members, sponsors, Partners or any third party directly associated with administration of the giveaway are excluded from the giveaway.
How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must register for the webinar and attend at the specified start time through the provided link. They must remain in the Webinar for its entirety until its conclusion. Only one entry per person is permitted. Participants who fail to adhere to these terms and conditions will be excluded from the giveaway.
The webinar is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to be eligible for the prize.
Criteria for Winning: Out of the Webinar participants who remained on the Webinar for its entire duration the Promoter will select the first one hundred (100) attendees as the winners.
Starting time and closing time for registration: The starting time and closing time for the registration will be as specified in relation to the Webinar. Participants who fail to attend during the specified timeframe will be excluded from the giveaway.
Incomplete Entries: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for attendees not successfully staying in the Webinar due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Prize: The prize for this giveaway is a £20 Amazon e-gift card.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Winner Notification and Award of Prize: The winners will be notified and receive a code to claim their Amazon e-gift card via email (provided during the registration process) within 30 days following the conclusion of the Webinar.
Prize Substitution: The prize is supplied by Amazon. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
Announcement of Winners: The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails the promoter at contact.us@docuware.com or writes to DocuWare at Chiltern Chambers, 37 St Peters Avenue, Caversham, Reading RG4 7DH, United Kingdom (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the conclusion of the Webinar. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at contact.us@docuware.com with the words “do not publish” in the subject line. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participant Disqualification: Any false or misleading information provided may result in the disqualification of the winner and forfeiture of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate the terms and conditions.
Giveaway suspension, amendment and/or cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.
Limitation of Promoter’s Liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy: Personal data supplied during this giveaway will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's data privacy policy https://start.docuware.com/data-privacy. See also section “Announcement of Winners” regarding the announcement of winners.
Legal: This giveaway shall be governed and interpreted by UK law and any dispute arising from it shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By participating in this Webinar giveaway, the participant agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions, and all decisions made by the Promoter regarding any aspects of the giveaway shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
