Classify documents your way — with custom classification
Train your AI model to classify different documents from different senders in whatever way works best for you. It’s fully customisable: You can define your own classes and train the model using your own documents.
Our platform guides you step by step through the process — no coding required. And for the best possible accuracy, the model learns from both layout and content. Just like a human would.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does our AI work?
Our AI utilises both textual and visual information to classify documents and identify key details, much like a human would. Unlike many solutions on the market, our AI is built on neural networks that continuously learn, developing a generic understanding of documents. This allows our models to be used directly without complex configuration, whereas many competing rule-based approaches require laborious and costly setup tailored to your data.
You can use our pre-trained models, pure OCR, or even train your own workflow to classify your documents.
What minimum requirements should the documents fulfill?
Documents should be in A4 format and have a resolution of at least 220 DPI. The document should also be legible to a human. For smaller document formats you can enable our cropping feature.
How much data is required to train a new document type?
The amount of data needed depends on the document type and the number of data fields. Complex documents may require up to 100 documents, while simpler cases may need only a few (5-10).
Can I train my own AI models?
Yes, our platform allows you to customise and train your own AI models, including document classification.
