How frequently do I have to participate?

You are not obliged to take part in any session. You can choose preferred contact frequency, decline an invitation or cancel an appointment.

What about my personal data?

We treat all your personal information very carefully and follow the GDPR of the European Union.

Do I need a certain experience level with DocuWare?

No, you don’t need to have previous knowledge. We value feedback from all experience levels.

How long is a typical session?

The appointments usually last around 20-30 minutes.

In which language will the session be held?

The session can take place in English or German language.

Can I leave the product tester program?

You can leave the program at any time. Write an email to user-feedback@docuware.com to unsubscribe.

Do I need special equipment to take part?

No, you only need a PC/laptop with a working microphone and a stable internet connection. The session will take place via Microsoft Teams. All you do is accept the invitation we send you via email. Registration to Microsoft Teams is not necessary!
