All requirements met
After a test phase with four different vendors, it was an easy decision to select DocuWare thanks to its high flexibility together with the various integration options, especially with the Sage X3 ERP system.

Following a pilot phase with four users, the entire workforce is now using DocuWare, and the solution has been very quickly adopted. The intelligent indexing, the lists that replace the old paper filing systems, and the smooth synchronization with the Sage X3 ERP system have been particularly well received. In total, more than 650,000 documents have already been digitized and archived.

The smooth interaction between DocuWare and the ERP system, which provides a real-time view of order and warehouse status directly in DocuWare, is another key benefit. Liftasud's parent company is very satisfied with the solution and paperless working. As a result, it's now planning to expand it to the group's international locations. It's an easy move to implement, as DocuWare is distributed in 100 countries and the software is available in 24 languages.
