Hotel Reservations
We have a room block on hold at the hotel which offers DocuWorld attendees the special discounted rate of $195 per night (single or double occupancy). The daily resort fee is discounted to $10.00 (a savings of $25/day) and includes Wi-Fi- high-speed internet access in sleeping rooms, 2 bottles of water (refreshed daily), unlimited use of the Health Club, Pitch & Putt course, golf driving range access, basketball, volleyball, rock climbing wall and all water sports including non-motorized boats (Hydro bikes, sailboats, paddleboats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles and quadricycles.

Discounted rates are available from May 15–21, based on room availability. If you want to bring the family, there are great resort amenities available to them such as pools, restaurants, and scheduled, complimentary shuttle to Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure theme parks.

This room block is on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability and a deadline of April 21, 2022. After this date, you will need to contact the hotel directly for reservations, our discounted rate will no longer apply.

Bus Transportation on Wednesday, May 18
DocuWare will provide free bus service to Orlando International Airport (MCO). We will have two buses (for approx. 112 people) departing the hotel at 1:45 p.m. Seating is on a first-come first-served basis.

Question:  Do I have to sign up for specific courses in advance or at the conference?
Answer:  You do not need to sign up in advance; simply attend the courses you wish to at the conference.

Question:  When should I arrive at the conference hotel?
Answer: By Monday, May 16 by 1:00 p.m. The official User Conference kickoff starts at 1:00 p.m. and breakout sessions begin at 1:30 p.m.

Question:  What time does the User Conference end?
Answer: The conference ends after lunch (1:30 p.m.) on Wednesday, May 18.

Question:  Does DocuWare provide bus transportation from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress to the Orlando International Airport (MCO) at the end of the conference?
Answer: Yes. DocuWare will provide free bus service from the hotel to the airport after lunch on Wednesday, May 18 at approximately 1:30 p.m. On the event registration form, you can state if you need this transportation service or not.

Question:  What is the dress code?
Answer: The dress code is business casual. The Tuesday evening dinner is poolside; casual resort attire recommended. Your badge is required for admission to all sessions, trainings and meals.

Question:  What language will the conference be presented in?
Answer:  This conference will be presented in English.

Question:  How do I modify or cancel my DocuWorld User Conference registration? Is there a fee to cancel?
Answer:  Your hotel reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel. See link in above question/answer.
To cancel your User Conference registration, send an email to: DocuWare@american-tradeshow.com. You may cancel your conference registration at no charge up until April 18. Between April 19 and May 6, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. In case of a no-show without cancellation, registration fees are non-refundable.
