New Windsor NY, November 8, 2021 – DocuWare, provider of cloud solutions for document management and workflow automation, was the proud recipient of a Frank Award for Best ECM Provider at The Cannata Report’s 36th Anniversary Awards and Charities Gala.
In accordance with tradition, the winners were announced by dealer executives from leading office technology dealerships throughout the country. “It was an honor to be recognized as one of the best by our industry. Our goal is to provide not only the best product but also the best sales and technical support to go with that product. This business philosophy brings success to us and most importantly to our valued partners,” stated Jim Roberts, President of DocuWare Corporation.
A total of 13 Frank Awards were presented in categories that ranged from Best Manufacturer, Best-in-Class, Best IT Services Provider and Best Technical Services Provider. Winners are selected based on dealer votes submitted through The Cannata Report’s 36th annual dealer survey and then verified by industry leaders Bob Goldberg and Ed McLaughlin; making the Frank Awards well recognized and highly respected within the industry.
This year’s gala, themed “Start Me Up” was sponsored by Hytec Dealer Services and ConnectWise. In true Cannata style, 100 percent of the proceeds are donated to a charitable cause and Hackensack Meridian’s John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center is the beneficiary.
