This year's celebrations took place June 1-5, 2020

Each day of this special week, one DocuWare customer gets the VIP treatment. They have a great time receiving a gift tailored specifically for them, along with a personalized award plaque. We showcase the event on social media as well.

Memorable moments

Check out the success stories and celebrations from previous Customer Appreciation Weeks:

  • Reduced retrieval time is definitely the biggest benefit. We get customers that call up with questions about their invoice. That used to be a lengthy process with users having to dig through a file cabinet. Now while they are on the phone with them, they open up DocuWare in their web browser and boom - they find the relevant document. That’s the biggest bang for our buck for sure.

Database Administrator and DocuWare Project Lead, Jamestown Container Companies

  • I encourage you to absolutely go forward with DocuWare and digital record storage. It may seem overwhelming at first, but you don’t have to digitize everything all at once; do it piece by piece, one department or area at a time. If it’s a good fit for your town, I highly recommend implementing it. It’s a great fit for our community.

    Nicole Bottai
Town Clerk, Town of Windham, New Hampshire

  • The biggest benefit DocuWare has brought us is the ability to have information available at our fingertips. We can easily look it up in DocuWare and see one, two or more years’ worth of data, bringing us incredible transparency.

    Veronica Ramos
Accounting Specialist, Bend Park & Recreation District

  • DocuWare has made us way more efficient than we were 15 years ago and has given us the ability to take on new clients.

    Kati Smith
    President, Alternatives in Engineering

  • DocuWare has allowed us to electronically receive, process and store everything accounts payable and in 2019, we have expanded that service to include electronic storage of all cash management documents as well. No more boxes of paperwork to store and no more storage units to rent for housing all that paperwork! All of our documents are easily accessible to us via an internet browser.

    Joe Ely
Financial Accountant, J Ely Business Services
