Electronic Invoice

An electronic invoice, or e-invoice, is an invoice that is stored electronically, and is managed through your document management system. An electronic invoice can come from a paper document, an email attachment, a PDF, or from a submitted form. An e-invoice’s details can be intelligently captured for easy indexing and storage in your digital archive, or moved through your finance department with automated workflows. Timestamps, approvals, and notes are recorded and stored digitally with the document.
