First time user? Start here.

Getting familiar with DocuWare's interface is a snap. There are two easy ways to grab the basics:

Interactive Tour: Experience the interface right inside DocuWare

Access the DocuWare interactive tour

If you're logged in, click your name, Help & Info, then Interactive Tours. Follow along step-by-step tutorials for key aspects of the DocuWare interface, including the core client, document try, displaying and storing documents, searching, and more.

This is a great way to get a feel for DocuWare in just a few minutes.

How to register and obtain a DocuWare ID for access to the DocuWare website as a DocuWare User

1. Go to login.docuware.com.

2. In the My Account window, click on Sign up for free. In the Create a DocuWare ID window, enter your email address and a password. Select a password with at least 8 characters that includes one special character. Confirm these entries by clicking on the Sign up for free button.



3. You will receive the window shown on the right.
Keep this window open as you will need it in Step 4.

4. You will receive the following message at the email address you provided. Click the link.
This confirms your email address is valid which is critical to the registration process.

5. The following message appears letting you know that your DocuWare ID was created.
Next, click on Connect your account. That now opens your profile. From there you can
learn more about DocuWare and how to open a support ticket.
You may be asked for Account verification. If so, you’ll need to enter your company’s DocuWare Subscription (system) number and the email address of your System Administrator. You can obtain these details from your DocuWare System Administrator or your DocuWare representative.

Forgot your Password?
Go to docuware.com, click on My Account and in the next window, click Forgot Password.
