How to join.

Participation in DocuWorld is free of charge for DocuWare Partners. All participants must organize and cover their own costs for travel and lodging. 3 Quick Steps to Join in ...

Please note that

  • our special room rates can only be guaranteed for DocuWorld participants by booking via the hotel's dedicated reservation website and
  • spots in our breakout sessions are limited – they are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

When should I arrive?

The official kick-off for the partner conference is on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, 09.00 a.m. This means, it´s best to arrive on Tuesday evening, June 18, 2024, at the conference hotel. Registration will be staffed Wednesday morning. 

How do I get to the hotel?

Please organize your own travel arrangements from the airports to the venue. The hotel is only 20 minutes away from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport.

How do I get from the hotel back to the airport at the end of the event?

Please organize your own return journey from the hotel to the airport. 

What´s the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

Cancellation conditions for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2024:

  • The free cancellation period for individual reservations made through our reservation pool is 14 days before arrival. Reservations that are cancelled or no-show after this time will be charged at 100% of the agreed room rate.
  • This also applies in the event that you do not show up for the event despite registration.
  • The hotel conditions apply, which are presented transparently during the booking process.

Which payment methods are available?

You will need a credit card to book your room. Room rates starting at RM 300,00 including breakfast.

I sent in my DocuWorld registration and booked a hotel room – but now my travel dates have changed and / or I need to change my hotel/room reservation? Who should I contact?

In what languages will presentations be held?

All sessions (general and breakout sessions) will be held in English. 

Is there a dress code?

In general, business casual. For dinner on Wednesday evening, June 19, we recommend a little upgrade (blazer and tie).

Is there an event app?

An event app will be available (by May) as a free download.

Photos & Video Notice

Please be aware that photos and video recordings will be taken during the event for public relations purposes. The selection of persons is more or less random. They might be published on the DocuWare homepage, in print media and social media channels. By participating in the event, you agree to this.
